CounterTop Epoxy (XC-230)

CounterTop Epoxy is a 100% epoxy resin base formulated to serve as a long-term, durable solution to enhance the look and performance of virtually any substrate. It can be used as a beautiful, decoupage-grade coating, a clear mar-resistant sealer, an all-purpose coating, or as a general adhesive.

As a pristine clear coat, CounterTop Epoxy is ideal for sealing, amplifying, and retaining color on metal, wood, and other substrates. It has an extra-long wearing, permanent finish that’s resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents, heat, and cold.

Features:

Cure Time:

• Temperatures lower than 50°F will result in a longer cure time

• Temperatures above 75°F will result in a shorter cure time

Installation:

• Minimal odor for use in occupied areas

• Self-leveling

Coverage:

• 0.5 gal = 80 sq. ft. at 10 mils thick OR 40 sq. ft. at 20 mils thick

• 1 gal = 160 sq. ft. at 10 mils thick OR 80 sq. ft. at 20 mils thick

• 2 gal = 320 sq. ft. at 10 mils thick OR 160 sq. ft. at 20 mils thick

• More than 20 mils at a time is not recommended
